Hypnotize Me!

Hypnosis is a smartway to manage stress, as well as a solid method to change undesirable habits. Hypnosis can stimulate creative thinking and physical motivation, in addition to allowing you to tap into all sorts of latent talents.

The power of suggestion is a wonderful tool. But allowing yourself to trust enough to relax and give over control can be daunting. Receiving the message is not always as simple as it appears.

Here are some things to know about being hypnotized:
opens

• You cannot be hypnotized against your will.

• You will not suddenly experience a flashback after you’ve been hypnotized

• You will not remain in a hypnotic state if there’s some sudden emergency during your session.

Master Hypnotist Kevin Lepine explains in his popular Las Vegas show, HYPNOSIS UNLEASHED,that if you are out to prove you cannot be hypnotized, you win! He goes on to say that if he could hypnotize people against their will, his dating life would be far more interesting.

Kevin’s show is hilarious, but there is also a great deal of insight and truth in his words. If you want to take advantage of the benefits of being hypnotized, remember these three things:

Relax and Let It In

Yes, you’re right: easier said than done. It’s wonderful to discover new things and you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how far trust can go toward healing and moving forward through any difficulty. You need to prepare your mind and body to receive suggestions.

Open Your Mind

Have Fun

There is great benefit in lightheartedness and play, in not taking ourselves so seriously. Knowing you’re totally safe while in a hypnotic state is freeing. When you give up control and allow yourself to be put into a hypnotic state, you open a door to enhancing your well-being and creating success!
